Client Spotlight: Lutheran Homes of Oconomowoc

Building and marketing a new senior living complex in today's real-estate market is a challenging undertaking. With homes taking longer to sell, Lutheran Homes needed to start building excitement, and a list of interested buyers, for their unique lakeside senior apartments well in advance of the project's anticipated completion date. For their desired market, they used targeted direct mail and a full information kit.

Lutheran Homes received over 70 new inquiries about their new property, setting the stage for future initiatives and information campaigns as the project progresses.
